Besides all her background of 30 years of local knowledge, Nancy has a Bachelor Degree in Education as a TOESL, graduated from Trinity College London and UTEL University sponsored by Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.  She is an Expert Official Translator by the Superior Court of Justice in the State of Baja California Sur with License No. SGA-840/995 and also has an official license as a Real Estate Advisor No. RAPIBCS-0060 issued by the Secretary of Tourism, Economy and Sustainability of the State Government of Baja California Sur, México.
